PDS Demolition is located in the heart of the “Black Country” in Darlaston, and has easy access to the M6/M5/M42 motorway infrastructure.
All our staff have “Personal Development” plans and are fully qualified for the projects we undertake.
The company carries out a risk assessment of all work and staff are briefed to ensure their safety and the safety of the general public on the working sites.
We operate a “clean policy” with the sites worked being kept as clean as possible with all rubble/debris being removed while work continues to minimise disruption to the sites.
Along with a comprehensive demolition service, we also have separate asbestos and fencing divisions to compliment our demolition service. We can provide all or just one of these services depending on your individual requirements.
PDS Demolition has a wealth of demolition, asbestos removal and fencing experience. We have previously undertaken projects for:

- Domestic customers
Our demolition projects range from small demolition sites to mass demolition for authorities as part of a regeneration site. As such we have an extensive customer database and are able to supply references/site examples.
We have a considerable array of plant and equipment at our disposal ranging from hand tools to our heavy plant.
